Shannon Vaughn (Trainee)

 

Shannon has lived in the Worle area for the last 8 years after having relocated from the US in 2013. She joined the firm in February 2022 as a trainee solicitor working in the conveyancing department in our Worle office. Shannon originally studied Sociology but upon volunteering with Citizen’s Advice she developed a passion for law. She began working as an assistant in the probate department at a local Weston firm before deciding to go back to university to get a qualifying law degree. Shannon completed her master’s in law (MA) degree with Merit at the University of Bristol in 2021. After finishing her studies, she passed the first ever Solicitor’s Qualifying Exam (SQE 1) in November 2021.

Shannon is currently enjoying her training in the residential conveyancing department and looks forward to progressing in her role. She hopes to develop good client relationships and to provide a helpful, friendly, and understanding service.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking walks with her collie in the countryside.
