Bronwyn is an experienced and highly regarded Licensed Conveyancer who has lived and worked in Somerset since 1994, bringing invaluable local insight to her property work. 

She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2009 while working for a well‑known firm in Burnham‑on‑Sea, before joining Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney in May 2017 as a specialist property lawyer.

With extensive experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, Bronwyn assists clients with freehold and leasehold transactions, new build purchases, shared ownership schemes, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity. She also acts as the firm’s specialist for clients seeking advice on equity release and lifetime mortgages, guiding them through these complex arrangements with clarity and care.

Bronwyn is committed to making each client’s home move as smooth and stress‑free as possible. She draws on both her deep conveyancing knowledge and her strong understanding of the local area to anticipate issues early, keep matters progressing efficiently, and ensure clients feel fully informed throughout.
