Partner, Head of Conveyancing

Harvey is a solicitor and partner in the firm, leading our Conveyancing team and advising clients on a wide range of commercial property and corporate matters.

He qualified as a solicitor in August 2023 after completing his training with the firm and went on to become a partner in August 2024—reflecting both his capability and his growing reputation within the profession.

Harvey’s commercial property practice includes advising on the sale and acquisition of commercial units, industrial and retail premises, and the drafting and negotiation of leases. He acts for commercial landlords, prospective tenants, developers, and small business owners, guiding them through transactions with clarity and confidence.

Alongside his property work, Harvey also advises on corporate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of businesses as a going concern. His pragmatic, commercially minded approach helps clients progress deals smoothly while ensuring their long‑term interests are protected.

Harvey takes pride in offering client‑centred advice, tailoring his guidance to the specific needs, pressures, and commercial realities faced by each individual client. Known for his clear communication style and efficient handling of matters, he strives to make the legal process as straightforward and stress‑free as possible.

Away from the office, Harvey is a respected and ambitious basketball referee—an area in which he has built a strong reputation. Most weekends, he can be found courtside, developing his officiating career at both regional and national levels.
