Managing Partner, Head of Private Client & Litigation

Morwenna is an experienced solicitor and valued partner of the firm, with specialist expertise in Private Client work and Litigation. 

After completing her Law degree at the University of Liverpool and the Bar Vocational Course at Bristol Law School, she joined the firm full-time in 2010. She qualified as a solicitor on 1 November 2012 after successfully completing the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test. Her professionalism, leadership, and client-focused approach led to her appointment as a partner in July 2022.

Morwenna has developed extensive experience across a wide range of legal disciplines. She now specialises in probate matters, providing clear, practical advice during challenging circumstances. She leads both the Private Client and Litigation teams, managing complex cases and ensuring clients receive a tailored, high-quality service.

In addition to her fee-earning work, Morwenna serves as the firm’s Data Protection Lead, promoting compliance and best practice in the handling of personal information across all departments.

Outside of work, Morwenna enjoys walking, birdwatching, practising yoga, and spending time with her children and the family dog.
