Nicola Erskine

Licensed Conveyancer

Nicola is a Licensed Conveyancer who brings a wealth of academic and practical experience to her role. 

She worked as an A Level Law lecturer at a local sixth form college for fifteen years before deciding to return to legal practice in 2021. Having previously worked in conveyancing before moving into teaching, Nicola had enjoyed the variety and client‑focused nature of the work and chose to pursue a career change through a conveyancing apprenticeship.

Nicola completed the CLC qualification and became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2024. In addition to her professional qualification, she also holds an LLB (Hons) (2001), a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology & Criminal Justice (2002), and a PGCE (FE) (2003). Her broad academic background and extensive teaching experience complement her clear, supportive approach to helping clients navigate their property transactions.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and horse riding.
