This marks an exciting step forward for our firm. While our name and branding are evolving, we want to reassure our clients of one important point:

  • Our legal entity remains Berry Redmond Gordon and Penney LLP
  • We continue to be authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
  • There is no change to our ownership or management
  • There is no change to how your matter is handled
  • Our engagement terms and professional obligations remain unchanged

You will continue to work with the same people, receiving the same high standard of service and trusted legal advice.

 

What This Means for You

In practical terms, you do not need to take any action.

  • Our bank details have not changed
  • Your money remains protected in accordance with SRA rules
  • Any payments should continue to follow the instructions previously provided, unless we notify you otherwise
