Children Law Solicitors
At Berry Redmond Gordon and Penney Solicitors, we believe the welfare of children should be the primary consideration when parents separate. We are committed to supporting families as they work through the challenges of adjusting to their new circumstances. With practical and empathetic legal advice, we aim to help you achieve the best possible outcome for both you and your children.
How Our Child Law Solicitors Can Help
We believe that, wherever possible, parents should make decisions about their children's care, not a judge. Our family lawyers will support and encourage you to reach an agreement through negotiation or mediation, helping you avoid court proceedings whenever possible. If court action becomes necessary, our dedicated team of child law solicitors will guide you through the process with a child-focused approach.
Legal Aid for Children Law
If you are eligible for Legal Aid, we can assist you in securing the relevant funding and provide representation under this arrangement.
