Anne is a highly experienced Private Client solicitor with deep roots in the West Country and a longstanding commitment to supporting individuals and families with their personal legal affairs. 

She studied Law at the University of Birmingham before undertaking her articles with a firm in Westminster, London, qualifying as a solicitor in 1988. After many years working in both city and regional practices, Anne joined Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney in March 2007, becoming a well‑known and respected member of our Winscombe office.

Anne works within the firm’s Private Client department, specialising in Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney. She offers clients clear, practical advice delivered with sensitivity and professionalism, supporting them through important life planning decisions as well as guiding families through the complexities of estate administration.

Known for her approachable manner and her attention to detail, Anne helps clients feel reassured and well‑informed at every stage of the process, no matter how straightforward or complex their circumstances may be.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys an active lifestyle. Her daily commute takes her along the scenic Strawberry Line by bicycle, and in her leisure time she can often be found out walking and enjoying the countryside.
