Trainee Solicitor

Ellie is a Trainee Solicitor working across our Private Client and Litigation departments, bringing strong academic ability and a growing breadth of practical experience to her role.

 She completed her Law degree at Cardiff University in 2024, graduating with a 2:1 LLB (Hons). After spending time travelling, she returned to Somerset to begin her legal career with BRGP in January 2025 as a Legal Assistant.

Her time in both the Private Client and Litigation teams proved invaluable, broadening her legal knowledge and giving her hands‑on experience in a variety of matters—from preparing electronic trial bundles for the High Court to drafting Wills that accurately reflect clients’ intentions. Ellie began her training contract in January 2026 and continues to work across both departments as she progresses towards qualification.

Ellie enjoys the variety and client‑focused nature of her work and is committed to providing clear, thoughtful support to those she assists.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys cooking, reading, keeping active, and spending time with friends and family.
