Head of Operations & HR

Gina is the firm’s Head of Operations and HR, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. 

She originally joined BRGP in 2021 as a Receptionist after completing her Undergraduate Degree in Education, Psychology and Special Educational Needs. Her strong organisational skills, people‑focused approach and natural leadership quickly became evident, and she progressed to Office Manager in 2022 before taking on her current role as Head of Operations and HR.

In her role, Gina oversees the day‑to‑day operational management of the firm and supports the development and wellbeing of the wider team. She is dedicated to creating a positive working environment and ensuring that clients experience a seamless and professional service from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys reading, taking her dog on long walks, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
