Mark joined the firm in November 2023 following a 40‑year career in Retail and Commercial Banking, where he led business teams and delivered change within complex, customer‑focused environments. 

Throughout his banking career, he developed a broad range of management and leadership skills, guiding teams through operational improvements, regulatory demands and strategic business transformation.

At BRGP, Mark plays a key role in ensuring the firm meets its Compliance and Regulatory obligations. His extensive experience in governance, operational oversight and risk management brings valuable perspective to the organisation. Mark also contributes more widely across the firm, offering insight and guidance drawn from decades of senior‑level management experience.

Mark lives locally in Winscombe with his family.
