Finance Manager, Head of Finance

Oksana is the firm’s Finance Manager, overseeing the day‑to‑day financial operations and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements. 

She joined BRGP in July 2017 as a Legal Cashier and, through her dedication and strong technical ability, progressed to Finance Manager in 2022. She now manages the finance team and works closely with the COFA to maintain high standards of accuracy, integrity and financial control across the firm.

Oksana holds a Diploma in Business and Accounting from the Ukrainian Economic University, awarded in 2004, and has since completed the AAT Level 1 and Level 2 Computerised Accounting qualifications, as well as the AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting. Her strong academic background, combined with her hands‑on experience, makes her a dependable leader within the finance function.

Passionate about her work and deeply committed to the firm, Oksana takes pride in supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the practice.

Outside of work, Oksana enjoys spending time with her extended family, her cat and involvement with local communities.
